Intro Healthy Living & Longevity Programme

My Intro Healthy Living & Longevity Programme lasts for five weeks and costs Β£395. It’s there to help you to discover the potential within you.

The aim of this plan is to boost your general health and energy levels. It gives you a solid base to introduce good health habits into your daily life. You will feel stronger and more energised in your body, calmer in your mind. With this plan, you’ll take your first steps towards a healthier life.

What you will receive:

  • A 60-minute initial consultation going through your health concerns and any symptoms, following the completion of an in-depth questionnaire and analysis of your health and health history, finding the root cause of your symptoms
  • Five 30-minute online follow-up sessions
  • Two 60-minute personalised mindful yoga session taking place online or in the studio to enhance your physical, mental and emotional state. Studio hire for an extra charge.
  • Four bespoke well-balanced nutritional recipes to suit your unique needs and your lifestyle, to start you off and inspire you in the kitchen.

Premium Healthy Living & Longevity Programme

This Healthy Living & Longevity Programme lasts for 12 weeks and costs Β£795. As it runs for longer, it gives you plenty of time to develop sustainable health habits. This will help you to uncover the route to your optimal health and wellbeing. We’ll do this together with nutrition, yoga, rest, mindfulness and healthy sleeping habits, leaving you feeling younger, and more vibrant, no matter your age.

What you learn during the 12 week programme helps you become comfortable with your new health habits. As you feel the benefits you’ll find you’re hungry for more. You’ll start to realise that healthy ageing isn’t something to fear. Your mind, heart, and body synchronise to build a new healthy you.

  • Ten 30-minute online follow-up calls

  • Six 60-minute personalised yoga sessions, taking place online or in the studio. These include breathing techniques, meditation, visualisations and mindful movements.

I’ll help you to implement achievable health habits, to bring you the result you’re looking for and transform you into a happier, healthier self. I’ll be with you at every step of the way. Working together, you’ll learn how to create sustainable health habits for healthy ageing & longevity – that way, you can be sure you’ll keep them for a lifetime. I’ll bring my personal experience, and share my wealth of knowledge with you. You’ll discover what makes a person truly healthy, and how to feel younger and more vibrant.

With the Ultimate Programme you’ll really be running towards your new life. The tools and techniques we practise become more natural to implement rather than feeling forced. Deciding what to eat and how to exercise becomes natural and enjoyable. Expect to feel like you’re addicted to healthy living and never want to return to your old ways. This will leave you feeling younger, healthier, and more vibrant than ever before.

FAQs

What’s the difference between a Nutritionist and a Naturopathic Health Coach?

A Nutritionist is knowledgeable about nutrition and provides dietary advice, meal plans and supplements.

A Naturopathic Health Coach works with you, using a more holistic approach, to improve health habits and overall health and wellbeing. They’ll look into and assess your food choices – as well as exercise, quality of sleep, stress coping and other lifestyle and environmental choices. And that’s exactly what I do.

Can I speak to you before committing to a package?

Yes, you can. I offer a 20-minute free consultation to answer any questions you have. Simply book an available slot and fill out your form at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Would I need to pay the full amount before I decide on the package?

Not at all. You can pay in two instalments, 50% before our first session and 50% once you’re halfway through your chosen package.

What happens after I finish a four-week Intro Health & Wellbeing Package? Are there any additional calls that I can book separately?

Yes. I’m here to support you. You can book a 60-minute one-to-one Zoom session, which costs Β£65. Or you can take the 12-week premium or 20-week ultimate package, to get further support.

What does Lifespan vs Healthspan mean?

Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is the amount of life that you spend in good health, without diseases and ageing disorders. So – it means the span of your life vs. your complete span of good health.
