Heart-Warming February Yoga Practice | 41-Minute Gentle Flow
Welcome to this heart-warming 41-minute yoga practice, designed to open your chest, clear your mind, and nourish your heart space.
Perfect for the colder, quieter days of February, this gentle flow will help you reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breathwork, and visualization. We’ll begin with Kapalbhati pranayama, a cleansing breath technique to energize the body and clear stagnant energy. From there, we’ll move into gentle, heart-opening poses like Cat-Cow flow to lengthen the spine and lift the chest, supported Puppy Pose to deeply release tension in the shoulders, and grounding Low Lunges to create space in the hips.
