Spark your Fire within – 16mins

Begin this short practice lying comfortably on yoga bolster, supporting with extra cushion under the head, if needed. Relax your shoulders towards the floor, let elbows touch the mat. Place cushion under each elbow if they don’t touch the floor, otherwise your shoulders will not be relax. Take one breath at the time, on inhale, let belly rising, on exhale, let abdomen ( belly ) falling inwards… towards the spine. Allow a gentle, natural rhythm of the breath.

Focus on solar plexus during the practice which is above your navel, nearer upper abdomen connected to your digestive system.

Breathe out on the twists, and spark your fire within.
