Slow down and soften into this 26-minute mindful practice created to release tight hips, ease the lower back, and restore balance to the nervous system. Gentle strength is built through slow, intentional movement, longer holds, and deep, unforced breathing. The sequence flows through side bends, chair-supported Downward Dog, Second and Reverse Warrior with side stretch, Malasana, and a deeply calming final rest with the legs supported on a chair.
Throughout the practice, relaxed breathing and subtle vagus nerve stimulation help create a sense of grounding, openness, and inner calm. A perfect practice for stress relief, recovery days, or whenever your body and mind need kindness.
