In addition to teaching yoga and mindfulness, and helping women to feel younger, healthier and vibrant with healthy living & longevity packages, I offer one-day and weekend healthy living & longevity retreats. Each retreat I run is thoughtfully planned; I take care of all the details. Everything from the itinerary to the gift bags complements the season and the retreat beautifully.

To support this, I choose locations where we can walk in nature and make time for discussions on healthy living and longevity. On longer retreats, there are evening gatherings with dancing, chanting and creative moments.
Nutrition is a top priority during my retreats. As a natural cook myself, this is something I take pride in. I’ll either create and help cook the meals, or source a professional plant-based chef who’ll use organic and seasonal ingredients.
Retreats are a time to relax and recharge yourself, embracing the quiet and learning something new, while eating well and making friends along the way.
