While going through lots of health concerns Julia has been there for me every step of the way. She has wonderful empathy and understanding of my issues she has supported me with gentle encouragement and a wealth of holistic knowledge. She has helped guide me to reduce the inflammation in my body and tiredness with good nutritional advice and gentle exercise. I love every aspect of her whole body and mind holistic approach to wellbeing.

I had met Julia through yoga classes at the gym we went to, she teaches yoga with her students in mind and from a place of deep knowledge and experience. So when she mentioned that she was extending in to Health Coaching it was exciting. Julia was one of the most amazing people I have met. Kind, attentive, helpful and interested in assisting everyone in their personal and individual quests. I was a complete novice and felt included, respected and valued. Nothing was too much trouble for Julia and the people in the group were all amazing and inspiring. I have been having weekly 1:1 yoga sessions with Julia for some time now. Like many people, I have had injuries from the other sports I take part in. Julia is very good at knowing your limitations and helping you go beyond them, safely, and this has definitely improved my flexibility and lowered my stress levels! I also take part in her Friday evening restorative class which is a great way to end the week and leave the stress of work behind with a lovely group of people.
