- A 75-minute initial consultation to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and create a customised wellness plan.
- Ten 30-minute follow-up calls to keep you on track and adjust as needed.
- 4–6 recorded yoga sessions to suit your schedule and specific needs.
- Eight 65-minute personalised yoga sessions (online or in-studio), combining movement, meditation, breathwork, and visualisation.
- A 3-hour personalised cooking workshop in your kitchen, within first a couple of weeks, where you’ll learn to prepare nourishing meals aligned with your health goals.

What’s the difference between a Nutritionist and and Holistic Health Coach?
A Nutritionist is knowledgeable about nutrition and provides dietary advice, meal plans and supplements.
A Naturopathic Health Coach works with you, using a more holistic approach, to improve health habits and overall health and wellbeing. Health Coach guides you, support you, empower you. HC look into your food choices – as well as exercise, quality of sleep, stress coping, mindset, and other lifestyle and environmental choices. And that’s exactly what I do and will be with you at every step during the programme so you can achieve your goal and feel totally health-amazing! Most of all; being confident of what truly healthy’ means and, build those sustainable healthy daily habits.

Would I need to pay the full amount before I decide on the package?
Not at all. You can pay in two instalments, 50% before our first consultation and 50% once you’re halfway through your chosen package.
What happens after I finished Holistic Harmony Two Consultations. Is there support afterwards?
Yes. I’m here to support you. You can book a 50-minute coaching follow up session £75. Or you can take the 12-week programme called: ” Holistic Health Reset.” I am also working on 12-month Group Support Programme, will be updated before Spring 2025. Meantime, you can book yourself for my upcoming Longevity 6-day long Retreat in Ikaria blue zone island, Greece. More details here.
What does Lifespan vs Healthspan mean?
Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is the amount of life that you spend in good health, without diseases and ageing disorders. So – it means the span of your life vs. your complete span of good health.
