I’m a fully qualified Naturopathic Health Coach and Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher.
I run healthy living & longevity retreats and offer bespoke healthy living & longevity packages to help you regain control of your health. I also run online and group yoga classes along with workshops and personalised one-to-one sessions.
