This 27-minute practice is an invitation to slow down and simply be. Set on the soft sands of Ikaria, it’s a grounding ritual that invites you to feel the earth beneath your feet, the sun on your skin, and the rhythm of your breath. We move slowly and intentionally—rooting through the feet, building stability through Warrior variations, and opening through the heart in Extended Side Angle and Goddess Pose. Each posture is a reminder of the strength and softness within you.
