Adding a gentle swimming afterwards really helps to soothe sore muscles, release thighs hips after walking, relaxes your whole mind, body.

One day in Bratislava seeing & hanging out my nephew ( so proud of him! ) after finishing his first year in Economics University… , turning 21 years old makes me so happy. 😊

Autumn 🍂 is here… and, I had to go out despite that rain all day where always walking on flat surfaces.

After hiking 🥾, walking up the hill and down every day in Ikaria, there is something missing when arrived back home.

Well, managed to find my up hill… closer to Bedford Park. Excellent for training..! 😄🏃

Need keep going, up hill and down hill… no matter the weather. Need to boost that cardio, to strengthen that heart and lungs, and lower the resting in h heart rate. Great for your mood and sleep, and most importantly being outdoors around nature you can experience better air as you breathe in, improves circulation and strengthen your immune system. That’s exactly what we need in Autumn. Combine with breathing techniques in my yoga classes, as you active your vagus nerves, and you’ll be flying through Autumn. 🍂

In Autumn, we need to look after ourselves more… so get your regular cardio, yoga, breath work, self-care practices in your diary! 📔

Can’t express enough a sense of Gratitude for these words.. from these lovely beings’ who has joined me on the journey to Ikaria. A journey to Longevity and Healthy Living.

Thank you and, truly can’t wait for more of these times Together. Showing you what else you can learn, implement for healthy ageing, having fun between and, simply live life longer, healthier and happier.

Finding a happiness in a small gesture, a happy moment ( might be different for everyone ), think positively ( find it hard? Keep trying… ), taking slow and don’t rush ( if you don’t have to ), eat mindfully and nutritionally, hike more, swim and dance more, join a community ( don’t be lovely, we need connection of people, human beings are social creatures. We need social relationships, cooperation, to exist and thrive ) and, don’t ever stop practicing yoga.. 🧘‍♀️
