Monthly Wellbeing Membership

This Exclusive Membership includes:

  • In-Studio Classes: 2 per week
  • Monthly Restorative Fridays: 1 per month
  • Online Classes: 2 morning dynamic + 1 restorative per month
  • Video recordings: 2x per month ( includes on nutrition, longevity or yoga practice of monthly focus )
  • Seasonal Recipe: Supporting longevity (gut, heart, and brain health)
  • Healthy Living Longevity Tips: For vibrant living year-round

To give you perspective, here’s the value of individual yoga sessions:

  • Drop-in In-Studio Class: £12 per class
  • Monthly Restorative Friday (In-Studio): £28 per session
  • Online Restorative Class: £18 per session

With this membership, you’ll receive 16-18 mindful yoga classes monthly, as well as holistic wellness resources, all for just £75 per month (valued at £350).
