Morning Reset: Wake Up Your Body & Soothe Your Nervous System – 18mins.

Instead of jumping straight out of bed, take 18 minutes to ease into your day with this calming, floor-based (or bed-friendly) sequence. With gentle hip circles, supine twists, ankle rolls, and soft hamstring stretches, this practice supports your nervous system, invites conscious breath, and helps you connect mind and body from the very start. Move slowly, stretch mindfully, and let your body fully arrive—whether you’re preparing for a long walk or simply a grounded day ahead.

Calming & Core-Focused – 16 mins.

In today’s 16-minute video, we’ll begin with gentle belly breathing to calm the mind, settle the nervous system, and bring you into a grounded state.

This practice helps stimulate the vagus nerve, supports digestion, and gently activates the body’s natural relaxation response ( “rest & digest” ). We’ll then move into about 8 minutes of core activation exercises, including the dead bug, to wake up the deep abdominal muscles—helping to move everything from within and warm up the digestive system.

All you need is a pillow and a cushion, and a quiet space to connect with your breath and body.
