- Thursday 18:30 – Outdoor 30mins Cardio
- Friday – Restorative 90-mins Immersion, once per month
- Sunday 10:00 – Sunday Gentle 65mins Yoga In-Studio Class
- Sunday 17:00 – Zoom 40-mins Catch up Call ( consist of meditation, journaling & Q&A. )
