  • Wednesday 18:30 – Evening Harmony 60mins, In-Studio Class (breath focus, strength & relaxation)
  • Thursday 08:00 – Online 45mins Flow Yoga
  • Thursday 18:30 – Outdoor 30mins Cardio
  • Friday – Restorative 90-mins Immersion, once per month
  • Sunday 10:00 – Sunday Gentle 65mins Yoga In-Studio Class
  • Sunday 17:00 – Zoom 40-mins Catch up Call ( consist of meditation, journaling & Q&A. )

Plus weekly 40-min Zoom collective calls, 2 seasonal recipes per week, and 1 recordings if you can not attend, in your inbox each week. Daily encouragement and support in the Living Well WhatsApp group.
