Hi, I’m Julia. I’m a Holistic & NeuroWellness Coach, specialising in nervous system regulation, cognitive vitality, and women’s health. Over the past 28 years, I’ve worked directly with clients — 20 years in London, gaining deep insight into individual needs while working in the creative industry, helping clients feel their best, look their best, and appreciate a sense of vitality, and 8 years in Bedfordshire, focusing on body awareness, resilience, calmness, and lasting transformation — guiding them toward optimal brain and body health.

My journey into holistic health began with a love of fresh, seasonal, nourishing food and sustainable living, growing up in Slovakia surrounded by my grandparents’ organic produce. Experiencing this connection to nature and mindful choices early on, I developed a deep appreciation for how lifestyle, environment, and nourishment shape overall health and vitality.

Over time, I discovered the profound impact of yoga, breathwork, and restorative practices in helping the body and brain restore clarity, resilience, and vitality.

My personal journey led me to train extensively — from 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica, to CNM – How the Body Works, Nutrition & Importance of Movement, as well as meditation, restorative, and neuro-supportive practices. Additional trainings include:

  • Health Coach Diploma, CNM – College of Naturopathic Medicine 2022

  • Longevity & Brain Health Workshop with Dr. Erik Reis 

  • Regular attendee at Personalised Integrative Medicine Conferences (3rd year)

I’ve been teaching mindful yoga and breathwork for 8 years, with over 600 teaching hours per year, running retreats for 5 years, and coaching clients holistically for 3 years.

In recent years, my focus has naturally shifted toward NeuroWellness and nervous system regulation. Entering menopause and witnessing my mother’s recent dementia diagnosis has deepened my awareness of how stress, lifestyle, and nervous system dysregulation, inflammation impact long-term health and brain function — especially for women. I see women today struggling with overwhelm, burnout, and cognitive load, and I’m committed to supporting them in restoring balance, clarity, and cognitive vitality.

Through yoga, somatic movement, restorative practices, breathwork, mindful nutrition, and holistic coaching, I guide women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and minds, and cultivate emotional, physical, and cognitive wellbeing. My approach blends science, lived experience, and mindfulness, creating a safe, supportive space where transformation unfolds naturally.
