A nourishing one-day immersion designed to support women’s nervous systems, hormonal wellbeing, emotional balance and deep restoration.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter the peaceful surroundings of Tofte Manor for a calming and restorative NeuroWellness experience created especially for women.

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and learn supportive practices for cognitive wellbeing, calming the nervous system and supporting women’s health in later life.

Through gentle movement, rest, education and deep relaxation, you will leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected.

A Sanctuary for Deep Restoration

There are places that simply hold a different energy — and Tofte Manor is one of them.

I have been hosting retreats at Tofte Manor since 2020 and, truly, there is nowhere quite like it. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the peace, stillness and unique atmosphere that makes this place so incredibly special.

Surrounded by nature and over 50 acres of beautiful land, Tofte Manor is far more than just a venue — it is a sanctuary for rest, reflection and reconnection.

The grounds are home to two unique labyrinths, healing crystals thoughtfully placed throughout the landscape and ancient trees that create a sense of calm and grounding the moment you step onto the land. Everything here invites you to slow down, breathe more deeply and reconnect with yourself.

For this NeuroWellness Women’s Retreat, I wanted to create an experience where you are immersed not only in the practices and teachings I offer, but also in the healing energy and beauty of this extraordinary place itself.

Our yoga and relaxation practices will take place inside a beautiful handcrafted yurt designed with soothing infrared healing lighting, creating a warm and nurturing environment for deep rest and nervous system restoration.

And if the weather is kind to us, we will also practice outdoors beneath the ancient trees, surrounded by spacious gardens, fresh air and the peaceful energy of nature.

Every part of this day has been designed with intention — to help you regulate, restore and reconnect in a truly supportive and nourishing environment.

    What to Expect

    Throughout the day we will explore practices and conversations designed to soothe both body and mind, including:

    • mindful movement for nervous system regulation
    • calm gentle yoga practice
    • guided meditation & walking meditation through two unique labyrinths
    • women’s health talk from a specialist women’s health expert
    • discussion on hormones and how they affect us later in life
    • simple ways to support and protect brain health and the nervous system
    • breath awareness and deep relaxation practices
    • Yoga Nidra for profound rest and restoration
    • healing sound bath immersion
    • nourishing healthy food and refreshments
    • time to reconnect, reflect and simply be

    No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

    This retreat is open to women of all ages who feel called to rest, reset and reconnect with themselves.

    Meet Julia – Your Retreat guide and teacher.

    Julia is a dedicated mindful yoga practitioner and Holistic & NeuroWellness coach, guiding mainly women toward nervous system restoration, cognitive clarity, and deep inner renewal. With over eight years of experience, she blends movement, breathwork, energy practices, and somatic awareness to create a space of support, safety, and gentle transformation.

    Her approach integrates mindful yoga, somatic movement, restorative practices, and neuro-supportive wellness, helping participants soften, release tension, and reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit. Julia combines her expertise in holistic health, nutrition, and lifestyle to offer a whole-being approach to wellness, longevity, and cognitive vitality.

    During this sacred Bali retreat, Julia will guide you with warmth, compassion, and mindful presence, holding space for restoration, inner alignment, and feminine energy awakening. Step into a week where stillness, spaciousness, and connection allow your body, mind, and spirit to restore, radiate, and return to what feels real.
