In our busy, always-on world, we rarely give ourselves permission to slow down. We often don’t even realise how much we need a pause—until we’re in it. A retreat is that sacred pause. A moment to disconnect from the noise of everyday life—social media, stress, schedules—and reconnect with yourself.

In this gentle slowing down, many women also begin to reconnect with something deeper: a sense of purpose. In Japanese, this is called ikigai—your reason for being. That beautiful intersection of what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what brings you joy. So often buried under the noise of “doing,” your ikigai starts to rise to the surface when you finally give yourself the space to listen.
Every retreat I offer is created with deep care and intention. We gather in beautiful, peaceful locations surrounded by nature, where long walks and quiet moments are part of the rhythm. We make space for soulful conversations around longevity, health, and what it means to truly thrive.
On longer retreats, you’ll also find joyful expressions—dancing under the stars, chanting, or playful creativity that helps you reconnect with your light.
Food is a key part of the experience. As a passionate, intuitive cook, I either prepare meals myself or work closely with skilled plant-based chefs. We use organic, seasonal ingredients – where possible, to nourish you from the inside out—supporting your body’s natural vitality.
This is a time for you to rest, reflect, move your body gently, eat well, laugh, learn something new, and connect with other like-hearted women on a similar path.
