Spring is a time for renewal and awakening and blossoming. To feel re-freshed and re-aligned, awaken within the body and and awaken creative possibility in the mind.

Immerse yourself to the full weekend of Spring awakening yoga, mindfulness,  healthy living retreat with me, coming up next year in Spring.

Our yoga throughout will be creative and gentle, soft and mindful, slow movements to allow a time for reflection, connectivity, exploration, depth and, blossoming…

We will be staying in the magical Norfolk, West Lexham location surrounded with natural energy and wildlife. A place for connectivity, reflection and healing.

There will be a time for walks through enchanting grounds around the lake, moments in a beautiful outdoor sanctuary for meditation, or you can choose spend time reading, talking with other mindful souls, maybe even swimming in the lake. Also, learning about healthy living, healthy ageing & longevity… and, having a time for a quiet time for yourself. A place that offers space, tranquility and peace.

A weekend for renewal, and awakening and blossoming within your practice and yourself.

Yoga & Mindfulness & Healthy Living

Yoga will be provided by myself, we will be practicing in the beautiful Barn or grounds if weather permits. Morning slow flow, gentle somatic movements, slow creative movements, Yin, healing Restorative & Yoga Nidra, meditation and a time for journaling.

Accommodation

The rooms are elegantly designed, with comfortable beds, and all are en-suite. Sharing with a friend or other mindful soul on retreat. We also have a spacious open plan space in the barn for yoga and separate space to chill out, to read, and to connect with one another, in the lounge area.

Food

Delicious vegan and vegetarian food will be provided by amazing professional chefs on-site. Charlotte from Manipura Ayrveda UK, who has catered for us last year is coming again and, we loved every dish she created for us.

Itinerary for upcoming Blossoming Spring Weekend Retreat at West Lexham.

Friday 26th April – Blossoming into Mindfulness and Longevity 

Arrival: 16:00 onwards. Settle into your tranquil retreat space with a rejuvenating herbal tea, initiating your journey into mindfulness, blossoming and longevity.

17:15 – 19:00: Evening Soothing Yin Yoga session. Focus on gentle movements to soothe joints and enhance longevity, finding comfort and peace within your own space.

19:00 – 20:00: Nourishing Dinner. Savor a meal together that celebrates healthy living with nutrient-rich, wholesome foods.

20:00 – 21:00: Meet & Greet Evening. An opportunity to connect and share intentions for a weekend of awakening and wellness.

Saturday 27th April – Awaken Vitality and Longevity

07:00: Morning Vitality Boosters. Begin the day with herbal teas, fresh juices, and energizing energy balls.

07:30 – 09:30: Blossoming Morning Yoga. Awaken your senses and body with yoga practices designed to rejuvenate and prepare you for a vibrant Spring.

09:45 – 10:45: Protein-Powered Healthy Breakfast. Enjoy a balanced meal with a focus on sustaining energy, including coffees, teas, and fruit salads.

11:00 – 13:30: Energizing Nature Walks. Explore the scenic surroundings of West Lexham village.

13:45 – 14:45: Light Spring Lunch. A refreshing meal followed by a delightful dessert, aligning with the theme of renewal and health.

15:00 – 16:45: Serenity Exploration. Stroll through West Lexham’s magical grounds, visiting the Sanctuary, and if weather permits, a rejuvenating dip in the lake.

17:00 – 19:15: Awaken the body with gentleness and ease through Restorative yoga poses to feel nurtured and refreshed. Incorporate Yoga Nidra ( yogic sleep ) and a therapeutic Sound Bath by Magda from Serenity Yoga for deep relaxation and healing.

Sunday 28th April – Rejuvenation and Renewal 

07:00 – 07:45: Morning Refreshments. Start with a choice of tea, coffee, or fresh juices.

07:45 – 09:45: Awakening Yoga Session. Embrace heart-opening sequences and Sun salutations to renew and energize your being.

09:45 – 10:30: A gentle reminder to vacate your rooms.

10:30 -12:30: Sunday’s Nourishing Brunch. Gather for a plant-based protein-rich brunch, complete with coffees, teas, and celebratory cake.

Departure: Anytime after 12:30. Depart with a renewed sense of well-being, carrying the essence of longevity, healthy living, and awakening into your daily life.
