It has been along day, waking up at 2.30am to catch the plane… is it fun to do it? Yes! Longer day? Definitely! Want to repeat often? Definitely not! The tiredness is like being drunk, you are not in a control of your body or your mind. Once a year is enough… - not sleeping properly! What your thoughts on not sleeping enough? 

Only in a moment like these ( sleep deprived ) you realised how a SLEEP is So SO Important for our body function well!
