Hope your week is off to a beautiful start. The sun is here, warmth is returning, and we’re stepping into a new season — Summer. 

A time of expansion, playfulness, and outward energy.

This week, and during Summer, my focus is on “Expand from the Ground Up” — inviting you to connect with the energy that rises through your feet, your foundation. Through conscious movement, rooted awareness, and the playfulness of the new season, we explore how stability at the base allows us to rise with more freedom and strength.

I’ve always loved the feet — they’re often overlooked, but they are truly our connection to the earth and a gateway to movement, health, and awareness. Recently, I was deeply inspired by an interview with Dr. Courtney Conley on Diary of a CEO. It resonated so much with me — reminding me again how transformative foot awareness can be. @drcourtneyconley  @thediaryofaceopodcast 

I’ll be bringing this into our Serenity Solstice Immersion, happening tomorrow — a special chance to ground, reconnect, and realign as we welcome the solstice together.

We’ve kicked off our Summer Park Yoga season! ☀️🌳

As much as I wanted to capture every part of our practice—including the grounding, the feet, the rising—I teach first and film second (or not at all!). When I’m guiding, my focus is fully on the students and the space we create together 💛 I simply forget to do any filming… 

So here’s a glimpse—just 27 seconds—of this morning’s practice and the special energy we shared under the open sky. There’s so much more that isn’t filmed, but it was felt.

Our theme this week:
“Ground to rise. 
Expand from the ground up.”🦶🌞🌱

We explored the deep connection between our feet, core, and ability to grow—physically and energetically. It’s easy to forget, but without strong, aware feet and a stable base, nothing truly sustainable can rise.

Here’s to many more Sundays filled with light, presence, and movement from the ground up 🌿
