Grateful for every Connection, Smile & Presence and Open Heart. ❤️ 

Yesterday’s mini retreat was filled with warmth, hope, and open hearts. In the middle of a cold day, you arrived — exactly as you were — bringing presence, curiosity, and care for the practice and for one another. I felt deeply grateful for every one of you who showed up, as well as this morning ( our 1st Sunday in 2026 🧘‍♀️😊) and for the shared energy we created together as we looked toward the year ahead. 

When we slow down, something softens. The body listens. The breath deepens. We begin to sense what truly needs our attention — not from pressure or habit, but from a steadier, truer place within. This kind of listening doesn’t ask us to escape life; it asks us to meet it honestly. Practice, in this way, becomes less about striving and more about remembering. Remembering what supports us. What no longer serves us. What helps us move forward with clarity rather than urgency.

What a beautiful way to start the New Year - collectively “together.”

Thank you for sharing your time, your warmth, your willingness to show up and to trust me to guide you…! ☺️🙏

May we continue to practice together — and to grow together — through this month, and the seasons ahead.

Christmas was for this.

Walk — long, slow, scenic walks.
Rest — no plans, no rush.
Sleep — deep, uninterrupted, plenty of it.
Eat — cooking nourishing food, slowly, together.
Jacuzzi — warm water, quiet minds, soft laughter.
Repeat — again and again.

No internet.
No social media.
No noise.

Just presence.

When we intentionally switch off,
we come back to ourselves —
to what matters,
to what feels truly ours.

Somewhere between the steam
and the silence I remembered:

Rest isn’t a reward.
It’s a return.

From here, we begin the next chapter 
stronger, clearer, and more intentional. 

Less noise. More truth. A clearer beginnings. ✨
