Being outside reminds us how little we actually ne Being outside reminds us how little we actually need to feel whole. 

Camping 🏕️ strips life down to the essentials — and somehow, that makes everything feel more full. Fresh air, natural light, and the rhythm of the wild do something no screen ever could. 

Out here, your mind quiets and your body remembers how to breathe deeply again. The stress unwinds without you even noticing. There’s no performance in the woods — just presence. Cooking over a fire, sleeping under the stars, waking up to birdsong — it resets something ancient in us. Nature has a way of healing you, even when you didn’t know you needed healing. 🌳🏕️

Being out here is more than a break; it’s medicine. And every time I come back, I feel more human.

Here are my Top 5 Favorites to Stay Hydrated this summer – and I am inviting you to try  them too!

1. Watermelon 🍉 – Over 90% water and full of lycopene – great for skin and inflammation.

2. Cucumber & Celery 🥒 – Both super hydrating. Cucumber is juicy, and celery adds fiber – perfect picnic snack with hummus!

3. Peach 🍑 – Sweet, juicy, and loaded with vitamins C, A, and fiber – great for digestion.

4. Strawberries 🍓 – Antioxidants, vitamin C, water, and fiber – love these homegrown ones!

5. Coconut Water 🥥 – Packed with electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium – a must after being in the sun or exercising. Choose the one without sugar. 

💧 Bonus: Filtered water with fresh mint and cucumber from the garden – keeps me sipping all day long!
