1️⃣ Child’s Pose & gentle movement – connect your head to the mat, release tension.

2️⃣ Roll up slowly & create space under the neck – touch your hair, stretch, and breathe.

3️⃣ Forward folds – fold gently from the hips to cool your body and soothe irritation.

4️⃣ Calming breath – alternate nostril breathing to calm the nervous system , to restore balance.

Every year… these trees turn red.
For just a little while — a week, maybe two — they burn with colour,
then quietly… let it all go.
No struggle. No holding on.
Just surrender.

I walk beneath them and I ask;
how often do we try to hold on to what’s already changing?
The trees don’t resist the ending of a season;
they trust the rhythm of life.

Autumn carries a different kind of energy —
softer… slower…
a whisper that says:
pause. breathe. listen.
Smell the air, feel the quiet shift.
Sometimes we need to slow down to hear what’s really calling us.

Autumn reminds us:
letting go isn’t losing —
it’s making space for what’s next.

So follow the rhythm of this season… 
surrender ( when needed to be ) 
and be fully yourself before letting go. 

And now I ask you — 
what are you still holding onto?
