Abundance Begins Within ✨ This week, i really not Abundance Begins Within ✨

This week, i really noticed, and really felt it… I did something I often remind others to do…
I slowed down. ( but really slowed down ) 
I listened.
I surrendered.

This week wasn’t about doing — it was about healing.
I rested, nourished, listened, and allowed my body and soul to guide me inward.

A little virus knocked me off my routine, but it also guided me back to myself… to books, healing foods, quiet moments, loaded with vitamin C, reishi, and deep, intentional rest.

Lying on my yoga mat ( never to far away from yoga mat ) with Abundance by Deepak Chopra, I realised or, re-confirmed -  something simple but powerful: 

Abundance isn’t about accumulation — it’s about alignment.
It’s not about more… it’s about enoughness, presence, and inner richness.

Sometimes the most meaningful work we do… happens in stillness.
Stillness allows us to:
	•	Listen deeply
	•	Integrate experiences
	•	Recharge & realign
	•	Witness life fully
	•	Transform from within

I’m coming back feeling renewed — energy rising from within, inspiration returning, and gratitude expanding. 💛

Today it’s been raining heavily all day… maybe many of us turned inward too — staying home, reading something meaningful, listening to an inspiring podcast, watching a bit of comedy, or doing anything that fills the soul.

So I m curious… 👀

Fresh sage leaves aren’t just flavourful—they’re packed with antioxidants and have natural anti-inflammatory properties. 

What’s even more interesting is that sage contains phytoestrogens, plant compounds that can mildly influence estrogen levels. This means it might help with hot flashes and support the nervous system, potentially helping your body with thermoregulation right in the hypothalamus—the part of your brain that helps control body temperature.

Personally, maybe this tea is helping me—because I’m definitely feeling fewer hot flashes than I did last week! 🌿💛
