🌿 Embodied Yoga in Nature – 🧘‍♀️🌳 🌿 Embodied Yoga in Nature – 🧘‍♀️🌳

This morning, barefoot inside and on the grass, we arrived — open, present, and ready to connect. Together, we rooted ourselves deeply into the earth, anchoring through our feet, grounding through our breath. 

With each inhale, we drew in energy. With each exhale, we released. And from that rooted stillness, we began to rise.

Movement became meditation. Our bodies spoke the language of flow and intention. With the sun warming our skin and smiles shared in the circle, a beautiful feminine energy unfolded — soft yet strong, grounded yet expansive. We moved as individuals, but found harmony as a collective.

This is what embodied yoga in nature offers: a return to ourselves, a reconnection with the Earth, and a rising — together.

🌕 Full Moon Reflections — Time to Slow Down. 🌕 Full Moon Reflections — Time to Slow Down. A time for Stillness. 

This evening before the sunset, I found a quiet moment to simply lie down on a blanket in the park — after a full day of work. And it reminded me how important it is to pause. To listen to ourselves.

Maybe you’ve felt it too… that gentle pull to slow down. We have a Full Moon in Sagittarius tomorrow, and its energy can already be felt. Sometimes the body knows before the mind catches up.

Sagittarius is the eternal student — curious, searching, brave enough to let go of fear in order to grow. It invites us to expand our perspective and step outside our comfort zone. As a Sagittarius myself, I deeply resonate with this. And I want to invite you into this energy too.

✨ Ask yourself:
How have you been this past season?
What have you learned?
What are you longing for as we move toward the summer solstice?

Take a moment — maybe right now, maybe this evening — to step outside, take a walk, or simply lie still. Reflect. Tune in. Let yourself feel where you are, without needing to change anything.

Tomorrow in my Evening Harmony at 6:30pm, we’ll move gently, slowly, resting into this energy together. If you’re craving space to slow down, you’re so welcome to join.

And next week, Wednesday 18th June 19:00 “ Serenity Solstice “ with the lovely Yanni from Faros Spirit. It will be a couple of hours of deeply nourishing practice — meditative yin, restorative postures, and the healing sound of Tibetan bowls. A chance to return to your center. (There are still a few spots left if you’d love to join.)
