Can you believe summer is almost over? As soon as the kids go back to school, it feels like autumn is here — even if the calendar says otherwise. 🍂

This time of year always makes me reflect — how do I want to feel this month? Where do I want to focus my energy as we step into September?

Some of us are coming out of a busy summer with family and friends — which is beautiful but can also feel a little exhausting. Others might feel like the summer flew by and now you’re ready for a reset — maybe more structure, more movement, or more time outdoors.

Here’s what I’d love to ask you today:

How do YOU want to FEEL this month?

* Do you need more rest, grounding, and nurturing?
* Or are you craving more energy, more action, and maybe a fresh routine?

Just last week, I was back there, celebrating not only being together but 35 years since our first grown-up adventures in the Tatras. I know these mountains intimately, every corner and hidden trail, and the culture and language allow me to guide you authentically and intuitively.

To ensure your experience is safe, inspiring, and deeply enriching, we also have a professional local guide who has been exploring the Tatras for over two decades — someone who knows the mountains from the inside out. Together, we’ll create a journey that blends personal insight, expert guidance, and deep connection to this extraordinary landscape.

I first came here with my parents at 17, or even before, and we’ve returned many times since.
But this trip — standing here 35 years later — made me pause and truly recognise the gift of time.

80 years young, and they’re still up for the adventure…
We didn’t walk these trails — but in their hearts, they still can.
The mountains remain just as magical when shared together, even from a quieter pace.
Time may change what we can do, but it only deepens the joy of being here side by side.
