Healthy Vegan Peanut Date Bar

by Julia K | Aug 10, 2023 | Healthy Living Recipes

Peanut butter has been an ingredient that we use a lot in the kitchen. Mainly for breakfast as a topping and, in energy bars. So it was no brainer to create ( mimic a snickers bar but without the caramel and vegan version ). Some sort of healthy snack, without a sugar...

So many yoga props so little time. And, if it is a So many yoga props so little time. And, if it is a challenge right now, not to have enough time for what you are craving for’ , what we truly need’ then, that could be your new year* intention.

Because it’s not that we don’t have a time, it’s not our priority.

Once you are ready, you’ll find a time what’s important to you.

Recently, have been asked about the props, in yoga practice esp. in Restorative.

I love all props and since I discovered many years ago, and since I took a training level 1. and, Level 2. with Anna Ashby , I have more props in my house and, my practice has flourished. I embrace the props! How can you not?

For those who are still shy away from using yoga props, I encourage you to try. You’ll never go back to a practice without it?

So I created a short practice with only 2 Restorative poses that you can dive into, before Christmas. A little taste of it. ☺️

Sign up for my Sunday newsletter and, Slow 24mins practice with support of yoga props to soothe your Nervous system before Christmas is yours.

Meantime, you can also join me for 60 and 65 mins practices Thursday online and Friday in the studio.

Any questions, do get in touch. Love to hear from you and hearing your experience… 🙏😊

Keep save, healthy, look after your nervous system so you feel well for Christmas for your family and friends.

From my heart to yours. 💝🙏😊

I am ready for anything arises on the surface.

Before we start making all plans, resolutions, goals for the New Year, it will be really helpful to allow a quiet time to reflect on what has happened in the last 3months 6 and 12months.

There is no point to make more plans, or setting another a goal if you are not aware where you have been, what worked, what hasn’t, how certain moments made you feel, where to put more energy into, and where not to, aligning yourself with your inner voice, aligning your life with your inner voice.

Who is with me?

So go and sit for few mins in a day and repeat every day in a month of December. No need a too many questions why you are need to sit with your eyes closed. Just do it. It will reveal itself in the process…

Who likes to Shine in 2024?

Who likes to feel Empowered?

Who likes to feel Healthier?

What do we really need to feel our best? Have you What do we really need to feel our best? Have you figured that out, for yourself or, still searching - what works you and what doesn’t? I find it’s like a long life journey… and, it changes as we age. So we need to adapt with it.

Lets start with few wellness habits which you might be familiar with but a reminder does not hurt.

Sometimes we know and we forget. It’s good to be reminded.

Wellness Habits to feel your best. 🙏

1./ PRIORITIZE REST: At all cost. Take breaks and get enough sleep especially in Winter. Get your regular sleep in place.

2./ SELF COMPASSION: Be kind to yourself and learn from your mistakes. Keep diary, sometimes we forget how bad we felt when we were ill and, then we get ill again from the same thing again.

3./ HEALTHY EATING: Could not stress enough how important this is. Cook yourself more home made nourishing meals this Winter than you eat out. You know what your ingredients are. You are in control. Feed your soul and supper your gut.

4./ SET BOUNDARIES: Learn to say no and request your needs. Thats a tough one for Festive season. Remember the scale, and if it’s worth it.

Hope that helps before we really dive into Festive Season.
