It has been a while since I have introduced myself, what I do and, who and how help & support others.

I support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, suffer from chronic stress, hormonal imbalances, gut issues or, even disconnected from their bodies.... and now are ready to feel more balanced, present, more energised, more alive and well. 

I am holistic health coach & embodied yoga teacher and, I’ve been guiding clients for nearly seven years through integrative healing practices that support the body, mind, and soul—because I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal itself, if we simply allow the space and time to listen.

So often, we’re told to push through, manage symptoms, or just cope. But what if healing isn’t about doing more, not pushing into anything—but about reconnecting with what your body truly needs?

Through my own journey—living in London for over 15 years, running on stress without even realising it—I discovered how chronic stress builds silently. It wasn’t until I stepped away that I began to feel vitality again, after taking more care about myself and listening of what my body needs... that creates a space for healing and restoration. And that’s what I want to help others find, too.

My approach is personal and integrative. Together, we build a plan that works for you—implementing things like breathwork, embodied yoga, walking, mindfulness, visualisations, nutrition, restorative practices, and of course, let’s not forget good sleep 

Everything is tailored to bring your body back to equilibrium and help you build daily habits that are enjoyable, nourishing, and sustainable. 😊✨

Today, on International Yoga Day, I’m reflecting Today, on International Yoga Day, I’m reflecting on the beautiful journey yoga has taken me on — not just within myself, but with those around me.

Yoga has transformed my life in the most profound ways — grounding my mind, strengthening my body, ( healthy body => healthy mind ) and opening my heart. It has taught me presence, patience, and purpose.

What started as a personal practice has evolved into a powerful path of connection — with my clients, my community, and a growing circle of souls who show up not just for the poses, but for each breath and for each other.

Through breath and movement, we’ve built more than just flexibility and strength — we’ve built friendships, support, and a sense of unity.

It’s in those shared moments — the silence, the sweat, the stillness — that we truly come together.

Yesterday at the Integrated Personalised Medicine Yesterday at the Integrated Personalised Medicine Congress — a truly inspiring, informative day focused on whole person health, integrative mental health, and integrative oncology.

As a holistic health coach myself - dedicated to integrative wellness and conscious living, it was energising to be in a room filled not only with world-class speakers and medical professionals, but also so many fellow health coaches — all thinking alike and coming together in support of this holistic wellbeing revolution.

At a time when we face such complex and pressing health challenges, these solutions are not only welcome — they are essential.

From the healing power of food and “food on prescription,” to functional medicine insights transforming how we think about healthspan and longevity, this congress offered practical, evidence-based tools for truly healing — not just managing — the human body.
